PRNG & Key Exchange

At the time of writing of this article a new key development has been made in my project of creating a new pseudorandom number generator. I am very exicited to talk about it and I will try to explain it as best as I can whenever I feel is ready for the public eye, but I feel I still need some work before that. I am no cryptography expert and I am working on this project for the sake of learning. Also not trying to make the next industry standart, but I feel that I am on to something cool :).
